Saturday morning forty eight players came out to Pinewoods in North Tonawanda for the third season of 5 B-Lo. This year's league will see players take on the cold and winter throughout November and December. This week, we had two Aces, Craig Grochowski on Hole 2 and Sherman Wisor on Hole 4, each took home $48. We also had 4 CTP's donated this week. Coty Munn took home the Ben Oship donated 4-Pack of Dominator Pilsner, Jacob Root won the Infinite Disc Ruin donated by Chris Higgins, and lastly Jon Janiak and Jason Dunshie each got one of the winter hat bundles donated by Will Quinn. Two local State Parks will undergo major construction projects this winter, which means that some of the holes on the Disc Golf Courses at the parks will be closed temporarily. Shipwreck Bluff at Lake Erie State Park Holes 1 - 8 at Shipwreck Bluff, located at Lake Eire State Park, are currently close at for utility upgrades to the park. Park Manager Marla K. Bingham-Connelly told DiscGolf716 in an email today, "There is nothing being done to the holes themselves. However, the holes are in an area closed for safety due to construction".
