We are building on the digital proof of membership already available for Instructors.  When the website was introduced earlier this year, each listed Instructor was given their own web page on our site (in a standard format).  There has been great feedback about how useful this is for proving Instructors are registered with the Union even if members do not wish to list their classes or contact details. We’re delighted to announce another award from the Gerda Geddes Fund! We’re very pleased the award will go to Philip East Three Deep Breaths School Of Qigong to help fund a half-day workshop for people with mental health issues (depression, anxiety, social phobia) and the people who care for them. A new local charity – Infinity Cymru – is looking to set up activities and support to combat depression, anxiety and social isolation. Registration is now open for our next members’ meeting and we’re looking forward to an opportunity to engage with as many of you as possible. Holding the meetings online is more popular than the previous in-person meetings, so we are continuing to do this. We are pleased to announce that Colin Hamilton has agreed to join the Board.  He is a highly experienced and successful instructor who supports all the Chinese Internal Arts of Tai Chi, Baguazhang, Xing Yi Chuan as well as Qigong.  He is a qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer and will be known to many of you already particularly for his work as Joint Chair of the Technical Panel.
