Chicken vegetable soup for the soul. My mom made me this soup when I came home from the hospital after I had June and Parker. I swear it has healing powers. Pair with freshly toasted bread and enjoy!

Directions:
One half onion, chopped
One or two carrots, sliced
Saute in olive oil until a little bit soft
Add one sliced zucchini, half of a chopped Napa cabbage, and a handful of broccoli slaw

There is a lot going on and my free time is super limited, as is true for most newborn parents. When I switched over to Elvie Pump it just made sense. What my Saturday night plans would look like if I wasn’t going clubbing… ? these loaded sweet potato nachos are TO DIE FOR. 3 ingredient air fryer bagels are the star of the show for this high protein breakfast sandwich ??. Chicken taco soup ? an easy crockpot recipe to serve a crowd or save for meal prep! ???
Ingredients:
1 onion chopped
chicken broth or beef
taco seasoning package
1 16oz can chili beans
1 15 oz can whole kernel corn
tomato paste or tomato sauce
1 15oz can black beans
2 10oz cans diced tomatoes with green chilies or no chilies
2-3 whole skinless chicken breasts
Top with:
Avocado
Tortilla chips
Greek yogurt
Shredded cheddar cheese
How To:
Cook everything in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours

I’m retiring for the rest of the year bc no other fall recipes will beat this simple, one serving pumpkin bread made from… oats!? ?
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup almond milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
pinch of salt
chocolate chips
How To:
preheat oven to 350
blend together all ingredients
pour into ramekin (use a non stick spray - I like coconut oil). add in your chocolate chips
bake at 350 for 22 minutes.

Sunday calls for a big pot of white bean chicken chili ? this is a family recipe that I grew up loving; it brings me right back to cozy fall nights as a kid. high in protein and filling, it makes for the perfect fall meal and is also great for leftovers!
Ingredients:
3 large chicken breasts (boneless/skinless)
1 cup chicken bone broth
1 white medium onion

CHICKEN ORZO SOUP ???
Ingredients:
3-4 garlic cloves minced
3 large carrots thinly sliced or chopped
4 celery thinly sliced or chopped
1 small onion chopped
3 chicken breasts
6 cups chicken broth (or more to cover ingredients)
1 lemon
1 cup orzo, pasta of choice or rice
Salt and pepper
Dried parsley
Dried thyme
Red pepper flakes
Fresh parsley to sprinkle on top!
