By Adam Swift State and Chelsea officials, along with local nonprofit La Colaborativa, have spent the last several weeks updating the public about the proposed temporary migrant safety net shelter at the old Chelsea Soldiers’ Home. Late last month, state officials announced that the shuttered Quigley hospital building, which is slated for demolition, will be home to a temporary shelter for the next six to 12 months. Analia “Sally” Pagliuca Devoted Mother and Grandmother Analia M. “Sally” Pagliuca, of East Boston passed away suddenly on April 15 at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, surrounded by her loving family. Sally was born in the Azores, Portugal, on April 21, 1936. She was the daughter of the late Elias Travassos and Mary Mello (Lundstrom) Travassos.
