Ingredients 1 1/3 cup all purpose flour 1 tbsp baking powder 3 tbsps granulated sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/4 cups milk 1 egg 3 tbsps melted butter 1 tsp vanilla extract Directions Heat griddle to medium/medium high heat. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients. If needed, add milk until the batter reaches your desired consistency.
