4 cups rolled oats
1 cup toasted wheat germ
2/3 cup of ground flax
1/2 cup flaked coconut (optional)
1 1/2 tsps cinnamon
1 1/2 tsps ginger (optional)
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1/3 cup maple syrup, molasses or honey (or a combination)
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup water
1 cup dried fruit (apricots, cranberries, cherries, blueberries, banana chips, etc)

1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsps granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tbsps melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Heat griddle to medium/medium high heat.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients. If needed, add milk until the batter reaches your desired consistency. Make a well in the dry ingredients, and add the wet ingredients. Whisk together until the batter is mostly smooth.

1 stick (1/2 cup) butter (if using salted, reduce salt by 1/4 tsp)
1/2 cup light brown sugar or granulated sugar

Pie Ingredients
1 nine-inch pre-made graham cracker crust
8 oz. Cream Cheese - softened
14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
Zest and Juice of 2 Key Limes or ¼ Cup Key Lime Juice
Pie Directions
Let cream cheese soften and blend in stainless steele bowl on medium-high with hand mixer until smooth.
Add sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice/zest, blend until smooth and creamy.

4 cups vegetable broth, divided
1/3 cup wild rice
1/2 lb sweet Italian sausage (optional)
2 tbsps olive oil
1 large onion, diced
2 cups celery, diced
12 shiitake mushrooms, 1/4” slices
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 cups sourdough bread, cut into 1/2” cubes
3 tsp fresh thyme
2 tbsp parsley
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
