I see myself in Dom more and more each day, but now its starting to get scary and really making me reflect. Dom has hit the age where he is independent; he can do most things by himself besides cook and drive. He loves his independence and becomes incensed when we infringe upon it. This sleep apnea mask is very unsexy. I joke that weapon X is loading & that’s how I look. The tube keeps me from rolling over and the mask won’t let me lay on my side so I’m a back sleeper now. I didn't get a lot of time with my father before he passed away while I was a teenager. I didn't really know him until I was eight years old and had to move in with him after my mother passed. He would send an occasional birthday gift but I don't know if I ever remembered his voice before then. When I lived with him, he was hardly home because he was working all the time.
