Intermediate/Advanced #9: Pilates for advanced 3/5 (available now)
Starting in a sitting position, we warm up the spine as in all our sessions. Using the spine twist and saw, to mobilise the back, things then get a little more intense as we attempt the jack knife, into a teaser. The ‘100″ sets the abs on fire. This is only 30 minutes, but the burn is real.

We will warm up with some releases and mobility using the roller, then on to the main workout incorporating the roller into some exercises which can assist as well as challenge!
