We’re thrilled to announce that we are sponsoring one of our own FHT members for the upcoming London Marathon on Sunday 21 April.
Ruth Carter, a sports and massage therapist with FHT since 2016, has embarked on an inspiring journey. She began running the ‘Couch to 5k’ training plan during lockdown to stay active, and since then, she’s completed several running events, including multiple half marathons.
