The Hon. Robert T.S. Colby (Photo: Dave Klemmer) ALEXANDRIA, VA-The Hon. Robert “Bob” T.S. Colby, a longtime Alexandria resident, passed away April 16 at age 95 at Inova Alexandria Hospital. He was an Alexandria General District Court judge for more than 40 years. Judge Colby served in the U.S. Army Reserve, retiring with the rank of brigadier general in the U.S. Army Reserve.
