Upon the recommendation of a friend, we finally visited the pricey Madeleine specialty store, Madeleine de Proust. The interior decor is sleek and tasteful, with a trendy vibe! The Madeleines here are works of art. As soon as we stepped in, the exquisite Madeleines caught our eye so much that we almost hesitated to eat them. Their Madeleines are not only exquisite but also delicious, truly living up to our expectations! Since it was our first time visiting their store, the staff kindly explained the varieties of Madeleines they offer, both filled and unfilled, and recommended some popular flav ..read more

This time, we booked the treehouse because it’s the only one with a transparent glass balcony! You can book directly through the official website, and if you book closer to the date, there might be discounts, so if you’re not in a hurry, keep an eye out for those deals! This week we finally went to the trendy Japanese brunch spot in Brunswick. Their Onigiri set is super cute! The Matcha & Hojicha drinks are not too sweet, quite enjoyable. LeTao is the famous cheesecake from Hokkaido, Japan. There are always many people queuing at the door every time we pass by. We used to often indulge in Letao while in Japan. Letao’s rich milk flavour from Japan is exceptional, and it’s so special that once you take a bite, you can’t stop. There’s a Letao branch opened in Melbourne CBD last year. You can try their cakes for free, so you don’t have to worry about making the wrong choice. Just try the taste first, and if you like it, buy it. Last September, we bought their matcha-flavoured cheesecake and we really thought it was delicious. We en ..read more

Back when we were in Melbourne, we used to go to MEEQ often. They have a wide variety of Jellycat plushies. This week, we accidentally stumbled upon the newly opened Jellycat heaven under Westfield! Apart from the various Jellycat options – a wide range of series (teddy bears, vegetables, hamburgers, potted plants), though not exhaustive, they were still plentiful! There were also walls full of Miffy, Totoro, blind boxes, and more! Even if we didn’t buy anything, just looking around was quite enjoyable! What we think Compared to the Jellycat, we actually prefer various vegetable plush toys, th ..read more

Another limited-time retro black and white photo booth in the arts district!
