Many many days ago, I had very big sister called Taylor. She looked like sunshine. She loved snack time. She wished snack time was all the time. She let me give her squishy cuddles, and now I am a squishy cuddle master. My mammy has been talking about my sisters Bailey and Taylor a lot, and she thought I should share one of Taylor’s noggin ponders. I hope it makes your heart all warm and cosy. Loving moments are always worth remembering. Taylor’s Noggin Ponder I am a Labrador Retriever. I am ten years old and walk with a limp. I can’t remember what happened, but I now trail my back leg slightl ..read more

Two Hundred Days.

Hi friends, Sorry for the very big snoozy on the inter-web: I had times of exciting ride alongs with may favourite hoomans, where I felt the air on my ears, and sniffily sad days when I had to say goodbye to my biggest-littlest-sassiest sister Bailey. All of this made me feel a bit quiet. When the dog-doctors told us that Bailey was a bit unwell in her tummy, they said to my bestie that a doggie with her tummy bug had around two-hundred days of happy hooman cuddles left. I can’t count, my paws are stumpy and I have already lost a digit, but two hundred days of cuddles sounds like a lot of cudd ..read more

Hi Friends, As you all know, I have paws. While they are super amazingly brilliant at the zoomies, they are not good for typing on my besties tip-tap-tapper-with-pictures*. So when she became sick, I couldn’t tip-tap. My dog blog had to take a break. And that’s okay. I mean, what’s better than a break? Breaks are cuddles on the hooman’s giant cushion*, watching lots of fellow woofers trapped inside the secret-wall-room*, staying extra cosy (because there’s extra cosy time) and enjoying all the tasty treats that your tummy can handle. Breaks are brilliant, so I don’t understand why hoomans don ..read more

Kind Time.

Hi friends, My bestie always tells me that it’s important to have “kind time”. At first, my noggin didn’t really follow… does kind time mean extra cuddles? Noggin kisses? Or biscuit time? Sometimes my hooman always starts planning for the week ahead, and that can be snoozy-causing before the week has even started. So, she tells me that sometimes it’s important to have kind time, where you don’t think about what’s to come and enjoy what is here right now. So, after watching my bestie listen to her on-ear-noise-makers*, my noggin said kind time can be be anything at all…anything that would be a ..read more

Hi Friends, You know what’s great about hoomans? They are good at the doodles. Doodles are when hoomans make things that wouldn’t have been, unless a hooman doodled it. For example, hoomans like to make nice noises on the noisy wood machines*, and use colourful goo (and wooden sticks with bushy tails*) to make a nice picture that I could stare at all day long. They also use their woof boxes* to make nice noises with their mouths, or make sparkles that they wear around their wrist and necks. They scribble, they spin around in a way that looks lovely, and they also make lovely wooden benches by ..read more

Zoomies with tennis ball loving Max Hi friend, Hoomans are zoomers, my noggin’ tells me. They zoom from here to there, and there to here, and sometimes they forget to stop zooming and enjoy the nice smells and sunny days. (Just so you know, zoomies are very different from zooms: zoomies are the wooshiest of whizzy whirls that makes you go the fastest you can down the beach or, at times, towards your bestie; zooms are the hoomans way of always moving and moving and then just looking like they’re ready for snoozies.) Sometimes hoomans can zoom too much, and too many zooms makes a hooman feel ..read more

Just me, chillin’.   Well hey there, hoomans. Welcome to my new blog for 2022. I have noticed that you’ve all had a hard time for over the last while (although it wasn’t too bad for me at all: I had bonus hooman time with my bestie), so I thought I’d put this blog together to cheer you up if you need it. Maybe you’re feeling a bit sad right now, but it doesn’t mean that you can’t have moments of happiness, and I can help you with that! I love the world. I love zoomies down the beach, and kisses on the head, and stealing Max’s tennis ball every now and again. I love morning cuddles ..read more
