Since taking on the Stationery Exchange program last summer, I feel it's gone really well. While so many people are making requests for supplies, there are probably twice as many volunteers willing to share their supplies We are all fulfilling LAI's mission of "Fighting Senior Loneliness One Letter at a Time." On July 1st, 2022, it was announced that Shreya Patel (20), co-founder of Letters Against Isolation, would be one of 200 young changemakers receiving a Diana Award. This honor is granted by the British government in the memory of Princess Diana each year on her birthday.
