As a yoga teacher, I often get asked how to take one’s practice to the next level. While there are many paths to deepening your yoga practice, here are a few insights that have helped me and my students along the way: Consistency is key: Like any skill, yoga takes practice. Show up on your mat regularly, even if it’s just for a few minutes a day. Over time, you’ll notice improvements in your strength, flexibility, and mental focus.
