Asparagus CapreseServes 6
1 lb. asparagus, stalks trimmed
Our Family Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for drizzling
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
balsamic glaze, drizzle
Thinly sliced fresh basil, for garnish
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
1. Heat grill to high heat
2. Coat asparagus and halved cherry tomatoes in olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Place on a grill pan. Turn occasionally until tender and slightly charred.
4. Top with shredded mozzarella and allow cheese to melt.
5. Remove from grill. Top with chopped basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Sparkling Raspberry-Elderflower Martini
Prep: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
1 cup fresh raspberries plus additional for garnish (optional)
Ice
1 cup elderflower liqueur such as St. Germain®
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup simple syrup
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 cup Our Family® Club Soda
1. In cocktail shaker, muddle raspberries; fill halfway with ice. Add liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and lemon zest; cover shaker and shake vigorously. Makes about 2 cups.
2. Strain raspberry mixture into 4 martini glasses; top with soda. Makes 4 martinis.

3 large Heirloom tomatoes, sliced
8 ounces mozzarella, sliced
handful of fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Serve on Sliced French Baguette
Pair with a white wine of choice
1. With a serrated knife, cut the tomatoes into ¼″ thick slices. Arrange them on a large serving platter, overlapping their edges.

Grilled Chicken Caprese4 servings
4 chicken breasts
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
4 slices fresh mozzarella
4 slices tomato
2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
balsamic glaze, for serving
1. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Lightly grease grill surface and add chicken. Close lid and cook chicken for about 8 minutes or until bottom has sear marks. Rotate chicken and continue cooking for 7-10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 ½ tsp. minced garlic
8 roma tomatoes, diced
¼ cup fresh mozzarella, diced
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
Salt & pepper
1 loaf fresh bread, sliced into ½ inch slices
1. Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium-low heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden. Let cool.
2. Chop tomatoes and basil. Add to cooled garlic. Add parmesan, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss well.
3. Serve right away over fresh bread slices. Option to toast bread, if desired. Garnish with parmesan cheese or basil.
