The new sub shop, Rocket Subs, has been serving up a selection of sandwiches for several months as a food truck concept, and now it’s moving into the brick-and-mortar space with a restaurant opening at 15200 Jog Road. Deerwood Town Center, a retail center in southwest Miami-Dade County, is getting a new outpost of Bradenton-based brunch chain First Watch, according to coverage published by the South Florida Business Journal.
