32-year-old Stephen Holbert was seen running a red light on Dover Road on April 16th. Officers made contact and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they approached Holbert. Holbert immediately got out of the car and demonstrated clear signs of being intoxicated. Holbert admitted to consuming alcohol, so officers requested him to perform field sobriety tests. On April 16th, 22-year-old Felix Davenport was involved in a domestic altercation with his brother, Josten Cagle, at their mother’s West Creek apartment residence. 42-year-old Erika Watson was caught stealing items inside Darlene Cerda’s Evans Road residence on April 16th. Cerda contacted law enforcement and stated that there was a white female inside her home who did not have permission to be inside. Officers arrived and located Watson, and brought her outside.
