Our client was walking her small dog when a large dog came running out of a nearby home chasing our client. Our client began to run, tripped, and landed face first. The result was a fractured shoulder resulting in surgery.

On The Job Injury Results In Finger Amputation
Our client was working at a job site doing landscaping work when she sustained injury to her pinky finger. The blister on her pinky finger became swollen and painful prompting her to seek medical attention. It was discovered that the finger was infected, and she was prescribed antibiotics to treat the infection. According to the United States Postal Service (USPS), mail delivery was temporarily suspended on a street in Youngstown, Ohio, after an unrestrained dog attacked a mail carrier. The USPS stated that the service had been suspended as there were aggressive animals that posed a serious threat to letter carriers. Service to the area was stated to resume once the area was deemed safe and the issue had been resolved with the animal’s owner.

On August 21st, 2022, a postal worker, Pamela Rock, was attacked by dogs while on her route in Putnam County, Florida. She later died from her injuries.
According to the United States Postal Service, more than 5,400 postal employees were attacked by dogs in the United States in 2021. The incidents include varying severity, from nips and bites to vicious attacks. Aggressive dog behavior seriously threatens postal employees and the public.

Drunk Driver Smashes Into Motorcycle and Flees the Scene
Our client was on a motorcycle traveling eastbound on US 223. As our client slowed for traffic, a drunk driver slammed into the back of his motorcycle. Upon impact, our client was ejected from his motorcycle and went sliding across the road. The at-fault driver took off from the scene but left his license plate lodged between the rear tire and rear fender of the motorcycle. MOTORCYCLIST SUFFERS EXTENSIVE INJURIES
While our client was traveling on a motorcycle, an oncoming vehicle attempted a left turn directly into our client’s path of travel. Our client could not avoid the collision and smashed directly into the other vehicle. Our client was rushed to the hospital and spent eight days in the Intensive Care Unit.
