Introduction
Posterior chain movements and Nordic curls, more specifically, seem to be having their time in the sun at this moment of social media-influenced fitness. Don’t misinterpret what’s being said. These movements are extremely beneficial and have been around for ages, but they do seem to be ‘in’ right now.
Whether it’s a fad or something they are hearing about, we are happy to see some new innovative pieces of equipment hitting the market.

*HomeGymCon is 10 weeks away!
Introduction
Last week’s survey data asked some repeat questions about buying equipment made in your country, buying from the original creator, and more.
Much of the “support data” aligns with this article (Buying Gym Equipment that’s Made in Your Country – Interest Levels) written about one year ago. In general, there weren’t any significant changes at all.
You can listen to us chat about this on Garage Gym Radio or wherever you listen to podcasts.
Below is the data.

The G1 is Force USA’s newest and most basic All-in-One.
This unit is a plate-loaded functional trainer that can also be used as a half-rack. It looks like a smaller version of the G3 but behaves differently.
The biggest difference with this option vs. some of the others in the G-Series Line is it does not include a Smith-Machine
In this review, I’ll go over the key specs, compare it to the G3, discuss who it is for, and more.
What is the G1 from Force USA and how is it different?

Introduction
Force USA has built a solid reputation for its all-in-one racks.
As home gym junkies, when we hear all-in-one, we typically think of mediocre attempts from companies to give us the solution to all of our fitness needs, but in actuality, they fall way short. I would argue this is not the case for the Force USA G3.
While the G3 doesn’t do everything perfectly, it impressively delivers on its multi-functionality. The G3 may be the underdog of the Force line-up when you consider price and what it can do, and while it may not be the best at everything, it is a really neat option that ..read more
