Just days after the election in November 2024, Atheists United organized a weekend of unique valley camping, epic hiking, and breathtaking sunsets in Pinnacles National Park.

Many people don’t. According to a study, 1 out of every 4 nonreligious people — mostly atheists — often experience indicators of social isolation or loneliness.
That’s why we just partnered with Sunday Assembly LA and Pacific Unitarian Universalist Church to host post-election support group meetings for the L.A. secular community.

In celebration of Halloween, Atheists United hosted its second annual rooftop party atop the Anita May Rosenstein Center rooftop in Hollywood.
100 members and supporters came dressed for the occasion as the sun set on the Hollywood hills in the distance.
The event included a costume contest, catered dinner, free drinks, silent auction, and live music from LA’s favorite trans band, The Donna Westwood Band!
On top of that Atheists United raised over $5,000 for its Food Distribution in 2025!
