Last month we held our annual Crossfit Competition ‘Only The Brave’ where we welcomed over 130 people from various parts of the UK. This is our 5th year of running the competition, which we are incredibly proud of. The competition is designed to really push athletes and the top teams make the final workout, where they battle it out for a podium finish!
