COLUMBUS, Ohio – Fifteen individuals will be enshrined in the Ohio High School Athletic Association Officials Hall of Fame and 21 individuals will be honored as the OHSAA Official of the Year in their respective sport during the OHSAA’s annual Celebration of Officiating banquet this summer. COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State graduate student Neal Shipley certainly had a week he won’t soon forget. Shipley made the cut in his first Masters Tournament, earned low amateur honors and enjoyed a Sunday round at Augusta with Tiger Woods. His scores were important but irrelevant compared to the experiences of the week. The Cavs beat the Pacers 129-120 behind Donovan Mitchell’s 33 points and Jarrett Allen double double 29 and 13 boards. The Buckeye grad student carded rounds of 71-76 over the first two days of The Masters Tournament and has made the cut. Shipley made three birdies in his opening round on Thursday.
