HI! I'm Erin! I am a wife, mother of three beautiful kiddos, long-time yogi, and yoga teacher. My goal is to bring yoga and mindfulness practices to children in a way that is not so serious. I get on their level, and meet the children where they are, allowing us to learn together by having loads of fun!
