Water Ski Canada is pleased to announce the team for the 2022 IWWF World Under 17 Water Ski Championships in Santiago, Chile from January 5-8, 2023.
The Team will be managed by Kyle Hunter and Coached by Cole Grant and Matt Rini.
Canada will be represented by ten athletes with six skiers participating in the Team Event and four skiers participating as individuals.

Canadian water ski athletes Charlie Ross (ON) Shae O’Brien (AB) and Nellie Allard (QC), won titles in their respective events at the 29th Junior Nautique Master Tournament, presented by GM Marine on May 27th at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Georgia.
Shae O’Brien (AB) won her first career Junior Masters Women’s Jump title, scoring 37.3m (122.00 ft) in the prelims and 40.5 M (133.00 ft) in the finals to bring home gold. 18 Athletes to Represent Canada at the 2022 Masters Water Ski & Wakeboard Tournament.
For the first time in Canadian water ski history, 18 skiers will be representing Canada at the 62nd Masters Water Ski & Wakeboard Tournament. There will be 9 athletes competing in the Junior Masters and 9 competing in the Open division. This is the highest number of athletes in history to represent Canada at the US Masters. The event will take place at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, GA on May 27-29, 2022.
