Follow along as we learn about the smallest to the largest version of a kale plant. Have you ever wondered how to spice up a dish or are wanting to add a splash of color to your plate? Add a bit of flair with your microgreens of choice. Have you ever grown sprouts before? It is extremely easy to do! First, you will need to take a handy mason jar with one of our #sprouting lids and put in about a tablespoon of the seed you would like to grow.
