An unstoppable Devon Briggs has claimed the double whammy of a gold medal and a new World Record at the Para Cycling Track World Championships. Competing in Rio this morning, Briggs smashed the World Record in his C3 Kilo qualifier, and then bettered his own World Record in the final with a time of 01:05:259. Fresh off his World Record triumph yesterday, Devon Briggs has now clinched the bronze in the thrilling C3 Individual Pursuit at the 2024 Para Cycling Track World Championships. Revving up the excitement at the 2024 Para Cycling Track World Championships, Devon Briggs has smashed the World Record in the 200m Time Trial. The 20-year-old from Cambridge sped through the race in a blistering 10.919, beating fierce competition to claim the World Record. View Devon’s race at 7 hours 1 minute into the livestream.
