WASHINGTON (DC News Now) – Parts of the District are still under a Boil Water Advisory following a water main break in Northwest D.C. on Wednesday morning. DC Water officials say around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, a 20” water main broke at the corner of 41st and Morrison Streets in Upper Northwest. About 4,800 customers were affected by the water main break. “When it broke there was a loss of pressure in the system.
