Sometimes, it's good to get out and about. And sometimes, it's nice to be able to chill and relax with some good friends, listening to some great music together. Unfortunately, due to several previous mishaps, I don't have any friends. However, this minor setback was soon remedied when I found myself wandering around the maternity ward at Wakefield Hospital. Imagine my joy as I discovered a dozen or so women and their newborn babies, all eager to listen to the tracks I was going to play them, on the condition that I leave immediately afterwards and never return again! We began with what could ..read more

Good afternoon, tell us a bit about yourself! My name is Brian Lynch, the founder of Dim Dead Boy, and I’m from Marlboro, Massachusetts. I started playing guitar back in 1997 and tried to start a band that never went anywhere. I moved on to other artistic endeavours until I started writing and recording until 2021 as Dim Dead Boy. The only other regular member is Christian Campagna from Wrentham, Massachusetts. He’s been in various bands off and on since the 1990s. This week's listening party landed us in a little hot water with Great Auntie Sheila, or GAS for short (which is quite a fitting nickname for reasons I probably don't need to explain to you) who has always been a bit scary, mainly due to her massive eyebrows being stuck in a permanent frown. But it happened to be her cousins wedding ceremony and things didn't go quite as smoothly as hoped And so, amidst the hallowed halls of Wakefield's big church, where love is meant to blossom and vows are meant to echo, we find ourselves at the wedding of a distant relative we barely know. The pews are our ..read more

I started writing songs way back in around 2012, I’ve always had a real keen interest in music and over the past few years I’ve been taking it all more seriously, I run events and perform regularly across the city!
