THE Dagupan City government has been holding series of meetings with various stakeholders for the formulation of a standard protocol for responders if a high-magnitude earthquake or tsunami strikes. THE Dagupan City Health Office reported the first case of suspected pertussis in the city last week. City Health Officer Ophelia Rivera admitted however that another  child in Dagupan died of diptheria having manifested symptoms of the diptheria disease. Both  patient did not receive vaccines for anti-DPT (Diptheria, Pertussis and Tetanus. FOUR persons were hurt when their car overturned after losing its brakes along Villa Verde Road, Barangay Malico, San Nicolas, Pangasinan last April 8. P/Capt.
