Like most of you know already, we're working together with local farms for our food. Each week we yield our own vegetables. Our goal is to shorten the chain by having our veggies directly from the farm, have more organic food and to invest in the local community. We've set a new goal for Pois Chiche; to be at least 90% bio by the end of 2021. This will not be easy since we do not want our prices to go up. But where there's a will, there's a way.
