Weight has been a hot topic for Notre Dame offensive lineman Aamil Wagner since his arrival on campus two years ago. The Ohio native has packed on roughly 20 pounds since he came to campus tipping the scales at a modest 265 pounds on his 6-6 frame, but he is still working to add more. Wagner’s official spring weight is 281 pounds, but he is working toward more bulk by the time fall training camp rolls around. "I would love to be 300 pounds plus by fall and the season,” Wagner said this week after Notre Dame’s second spring practice. "I don’t want to put a cap on what I can be. So, just being a ..read more

Notre Dame Spring Practice Report - March 20

We only got to see 5 periods today, and honestly they didn't do much during those periods. Will share some of the things I saw from the practice, but it wasn't much. The first period was all PAT-FG, and the defense spent much of the practice working on a tackling circuit. While that is very good to see from a coaching standpoint, it doesn't give us much juicy action for us to write about. OFFENSE *** The only team action we saw was a run period where the entire offense was working on run game. Won't get into specific schemes, but definitely some wrinkles that we didn't see on the LSU offense ..read more

A day after the Pot of Gold offer event, Notre Dame landed their first commitment in the 2026 class from Boca Raton (Fla.) Saint Andrew’s School wide receiver Dylan Faison. If that last name looks familiar, it’s because he is the younger brother of current football and lacrosse standout Jordan Faison. Most Irish fans know the story of Jordan, beginning his career as a walk-on for the football team, but excelling so much that he earned a scholarship halfway through his first season. For the younger Faison, there will be a clear attraction to Notre Dame, however, it is something he wanted long b ..read more
