We should all know by now that Parental Alienation happens to both genders, and the effects can be equally devastating. We should also know it’s a fact that women are awarded custody much more than men, thereby having more of an opportunity to be alone with the children and to influence them. All too often that influence is aimed to turn the kids against their father. This is not to say it doesn’t also happen the other way around, because it does. Just in smaller numbers. It’s easy for a parent to manipulate their own child, especially when the system actually helps them do it. Obviously, it ..read more

Fatherhood on Trial: The Crushing Statistics of Dad-Deprived America

By Robert Gregory Before I could be a Father, I was forced to be a litigant. On a bitter cold morning in early 2013, I hadn’t yet so much as held my newborn daughter when a process server was at my doorstep, shoving a protective order into my hands. Suddenly, what I’d assumed was my inalienable human right to be an involved, loving Father now tittered on the brink of being a crime. A grim reality that a disquieting number of American Fathers know all too well. Each year, judges across the U.S. sign off on an astounding 2 to 3 million temporary restraining orders, the overwhelming majority of w ..read more

The Power of Connectivity

By Mark Winkler This pandemic has revealed a lot of information. One strong piece of information is, human connection is important, some would argue essential, as it relates to survival, growth, and joy. Over the past year, we were forced to understand the significance other people play in our daily lives. The absence of family and friends from our established routines has revealed we are not islands unto ourselves. As the CDC issued more restrictive measures, to combat the rising tide of the virus, human beings became more cautious of physical contact. Safe distance regulations morphed ..read more

Bridging The Generational Divide

Over the past few years, we’ve heard the term millennials frequently thrown about. Often when we hear it, it’s used by prior generations—Baby Boomers and Generation X— almost as a pejorative. From casual conversation to mainstream news media, Millennials are characterized as the source of many ills in this nation. They have been labeled disruptive, too unconventional, and a bad influence on the generation succeeding them, Generation Z. Ironically, both Baby Boomers and Generation X faced similar criticism from their respective predecessors. James Dean’s 1955 movie A Rebel Withou ..read more

Fatherhood & Masculinity

Fatherhood and Masculinity “It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men.” –Frederick Douglass I love this quote. Every time I read it, I am reminded of all the broken or incomplete men I’ve encountered during my life, including myself at one time, because of something I call Radicalized Masculinity – the distorted version of true masculinity. The connection between fatherhood and masculinity cannot be ignored but fathers operating from a radicalized masculine mindset often raise children, especially male children, who are oftentimes emotionally disconnected and who str ..read more

The Next Parental Revolution

I never expected to be back at the writing desk, much less writing about parental equality again. Since my journey started on December 23, 2003, when I was served with my divorce papers during a 12-hour shift at work, I have watched countless holidays, school moments, and missed milestones disappear. I’ve paid out over $397,500 in welfare recovery under the guise of Title IV incentivized “child support”. After 20 years of missing out on my kids and the loss of my second marriage due to drug addiction issues, I was content to accept the reality that beyond a few names still on social media prom ..read more

By: Kenneth Rosa The USA is a constitutional republic and the rule of the majority never exceed the importance of the individual’s rights.  The executive, legislative, and judicial branch are to ensure that individual’s rights are protected by each.  The American people let the three collaborate to ignore the responsibilities each are supposed to provide.  Each branch working to protect us from the next. Let’s stay out of the weeds on the ridiculousness to have a license from the state to marry anyone of our choice.  This allows jurisdiction of the state to infringe upon o ..read more

Tom Lemons, Legal Correspondent NATIONAL – The novel Coronavirus pandemic has wreaked havoc on the United States and just about every country around the world. Making matters worse, politicians, news media, and social media have twisted the facts so much that no one really knows who to trust or how to protect themselves. Although children are less likely to experience serious illness or death, the number of court related family disputes involving unvaccinated parents has risen, and some judges are ordering parents to vaccinate or vacate their visitation rights. According to the most recent Cen ..read more
