El Matador Beach in Malibu, California is a hot spot for photography, especially engagement sessions! On any given evening there could be upwards of 30 different photography sessions going down. With this, sometimes El Matador can be very stressful, and often leaves me with a ton of photoshop work to remove people from the backgrounds. I’m going to start this blog post by saying how thankful I was for the weather. It was absolutely beautiful. I try not to let weather bother me, but mid-October in Mammoth can be crazy. I’ve been invited to a wedding after party a couple of times, but after this wedding, I actually went. I had to go. Kelly, Brendan and their families were impossible to say ‘no’ to. From the moment my assistant and I showed up we just really felt connected to them. I had such an amazing time photographing Kristin and Daniel’s wedding at Malibou Lake Lodge. It is such a beautiful old venue, and the team of vendors complimented the day nicely. Kristin and Daniel were both so much fun to work with and their friends and family were so kind.
