Super Users help peers by promoting readiness activities, supporting training and providing “at the elbow” peer help prior to, during and immediately following launch. Super Users grow their own capacity through supplemental training, self-help resources and participation in a Community of Practice. To access support information on common issues arising post-launch, there are two easy options: Get MS Teams, join "Launch 7 Support" For Connect Care Launch 7, the CMIO will be using Microsoft Teams as a platform to support communication among Trainers, Super Users, resident Super Users, and CMIO staff.
