Several months ago, my husband and I were invited to a spirit-filled church by a dear friend. The only thing we did not realize is exactly what type of so-called spirit was actually filling this church.
Prior to this invitation, our previously tainted church experience led Ryan and I to step away as church planters and leaders of a ministry because of their executive decision to align with a very prominent and questionable mega church ministry.

Women have heard me say time and time again that deliverance is not just something you go “do” or go “get.” Meaning, deliverance should never be about scheduling some “appointment” or “session” in order to get a few demons off of your back. This false perception of deliverance is actually discrediting the ministry of deliverance as a whole. And unfortunately, social media is only compounding the issue.

If any Christian or church asks why deliverance is a fundamental part of the gospel, you can say that they’ve asked the wrong question. The right questions would be: Was the deliverance Jesus provided during His earthy ministry a fundamental part of the Gospels? Then ask, what should be at the head of our churches?
In Ephesians 5:23, we read: “For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church; and He is the savior of the body.”

Hey Ladies...I was recently on a phone call with a lovely gal from our Mountain Mover community. (I have decided to keep her name private). She was an ex-drug user (meth), now saved, AMEN, and has been coming to the Wed. night live zoom deliverance calls. She was having a challenge with repentance, the crying and weeping part.
