December 2023 King County NWMLS Market Update ⁣⁣⁣ Interest rates continued to drop to the current rate of 6.61 percent from 7.1 percent in November. The median sales price for King County was $775,000—up nearly 5.5 percent from a year ago. The median sales price in Seattle for single family homes was $850,000 and $1,440,000 on the Eastside. There were 25 new condos listed, 25 pending, and 24 closed sales in Area 701 (Belltown, Downtown, Pioneer Square, and part of South Lake Union).
