The photo and new “origin” was provided by a man named Jake Shearer on the “Travel Scotland Goals Group” Facebook group. According to Shearer the man in the picture is named “Wayne Bruce (descendant of Robert the Bruce)”.  Allegedly, Wayne Bruce wore the mask to beat on criminals in 1880’s Scotland.  “Little know[n] fact that Scotsman Wayne Bruce (descendant of Robert the Bruce) was the inspiration for The Batman ..read more

Sideshow Collectibles has just added the lovely new Batman: The Adventures Continue Fine Art Print, by artist Dan Mora, to their growing collection. Ahead of the colony is Robin, swinging a grappling hook and laughing, behind him, letting him take the lead, is Batman with a smile on his usually scowling face. Nightwing and Batgirl are further behind, both to be outmatched in this pursuit, enjoying the famil ..read more

You can tell that she’d gone through lots of trial and error to get the colors absolutely perfect, just how she gives the illusion of black armor without actually using it. With a careful eye for detail, she splatters mud over the he ..read more
