A lawsuit has been filed against Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida by a woman who claims she experienced an “injurious wedgie” while riding a slide at the Typhoon Lagoon water park in 2019. In a report by PEOPLE, Mr. and Mrs. McGuinness (first names omitted for privacy) are seeking $50,000 in damages for the incident that allegedly caused injuries to Mrs. McGuinness, 33, during their visit to the water park in October 2019.
