I hope you find Revita to be more helpful…it’s definitely better value but bear in mind, it’s used mainly to improve the condition of existing hair and nourish the scalp environment to encourage hair growth. If you have been already diagnosed with Lichen Planopilaris, the chances are less that a natural shampoo like Revita would work but you could give it a try anyway – at the very least, you’ll definitely be saving money compared to Actiiv! It is interesting that the shedding occured after 3 months, as this is often the length of a hair growth cycle so perhaps your hair was shedding as it normally would. It could take up to 9 months for regrowth to happen again after this, but if there is an underlying problem perhaps your hair is still in the dormant phase (although Nutrafol is supposed to help with that.)
