I love everything about this new POND quilt!!! These Pond themed blocks were fun to make! Each block finishes at 10" square. Lily Pad.... Goldfish.... Dragonfly.... Bullrushes.... The background is from the Lily Pad collection by Debbie Shore for the Craft Cotton Company. I used this ivy black on white print for the POND letters. And then throughout the quilt - in the reeds of the Bullrushes, the wings of the Dragonflies and in the Lily Pad flowers. These Elves and I are wishing you all a very Merry Christmas! This Elf on the Shelf quilt makes me so happy... There are two Elf blocks included and repeated through the quilt. Strip piecing made these guys quick and easy!!! I love their pointy ears! For the backing, I pieced together some remnants from past projects.... Meet my mom... My mom turned 80 in May.  This COVID thing is driving her CRAZY. So for the past two weeks, I have been driving her to the Erie Drive In for her favourite pulled pork on a bun. And of course, the soft serve ice cream!!! These are are lunch dates. Tea for Two. My mom has encouraged me throughout my life in everything I have ever done.
