In this Simple Workout Flow For Strength, Core and Cardio I go over two blocks building off one exercise in each block. In the first block we build off of the kettlebell deadlift and flow into the Goblet squat and Military press. In the Second block we build off of the core plank and flow into alternating core knee tucks and the kettlebell core pull across. This is is a great HIT Workout for circuit training. A simple home workout of three exercises done three ways. The three exercises are deadlift, overhead military press and sit ups. You can use a kettlebell or a dumbbell for your weight. In the first round you are going to do a 2-arm deadlift, 2-arm overhead press and a regular sit up. The second round is single sides of each exercises and the final round is all three back-to-back-to-back. You can do this workout for repetitions or time intervals like 30on/15 off or 45 on/15 off. You will want to do this single-sided high repetition kettlebell workout as it is a quick and simple way to get a lot of repetitions done in a short amount of time. This is a full body workout consisting of five repetitions of three exercises on each side of the body. The exercises are rows, swings and lunges. When you complete five repetitions of each exercise on each side of the body that will be 30 repetitions total. Do this for four rounds and you have done 120 repetitions.
