Dundrum Athletic Club in Co Tipperary are holding their annual BK5K road race on Wednesday the 1st of May 2024 at 8pm. This is one of the fastest 5k courses in Munster as it's pretty much dead flat with long straight sections. The entry fee is €15. This IMRA trail race in Bansha Woods is a few kms to the south-east of Tipperary Town and is coming up on Sunday 4th February 2024. As with all IMRA events, annual membership of IMRA costing €10 is required for insurance reasons. This one is 8kms long with 260m of ascent and would suit someone who can comfortable run 16k/10m on the roads.
