The 2024 season opened with record numbers for the Northwest Karting Association Padholder Super Cup Series. A total of 196 entries competed in the 14 categories – including Kid Karts – for the opening two rounds of this year’s championship, traveling to the Tri-City Kart Club Horn Rapids Kart Track outside Richland, Washington. The 2024 Race Rotax US Trophy West Series entered the second half of the championship program with Round Five and Six contested at the Amarillo Kart Complex. For the first time since its creation in 2020, the Champions of the Future Euro Series visited France, for the second of five events in this top-level competition. The second release of the 2024 season for the eKartingNews.com Shifterkart Driver Rankings features changes in position from the second down. A month after the first release, the second includes only six main events added to the point total for the 207 drivers scoring points at events including on the schedule. The second event of the 2024 California ProKart Challenge was contested on the April 20-21 weekend with the series returning to the Buttonwillow Raceway Park.
