The Massimo Warrior 1000 MXD. (Massimo/) Powersports manufacturer Massimo Group last week initiated an initial public offering of its common stock, worth an estimated $5.85 million after expenses. That worked out to $4.50 a share. The company also gave its underwriters 45 days from the close of the IPO to purchase an additional 195,000 shares of the common stock. (Department of Labor/) The US Department of Labor has fined a parts supplier for Yamaha, John Deere, and mower manufacturer Toro for illegally employing children, according to the Knoxville News-Sentinel. The Department of Labor’s Office of the Solicitor levied a $296,951 civil penalty against Tuff Torq Corporation, and is making the company set aside $1.5 million in profits.
