We are excited to be adding a new unique noodle option to our menu! Kezuri Noodles are hand-cut noodles, or Dao xiao mian. These noodles have a unique shape and texture and traditionally, the dough is shaped in a rectangular form and put on a board. The dough is cut with a special knife, creating a wide and thick noodle that provides a texture that is unique to this noodle. This noodle pairs well with spicy soups so we will be featuring the Kezuri noodle in all our Jigoku (Hell) Ramens, including our Doragon Ramens. We are launching our new menu today! The new menu is designed better for our kitchen in attempts to streamline service and improve service speeds. Most of these changes you will see in our small plates section where we had to remove some of the appetizers that would take 15-20 minutes to cook to order.
