Today I am sharing this vegan snickers cheesecake recipe! This is a raw snickers cheesecake recipe. I chose to make my raw snickers into mini ones but you could also make it as a large cheesecake.
I first made these delicious vegan snickers cheesecake as one large cheesecake but I actually much prefer eating and making mini vegan cheesecakes. This healthy vegan apple almond cake is so delicious and soft. Oil-free and low-sugar it is made with apple sauce and almond meal/flour. The perfect Sunday afternoon treat with a cup of chai!
The cold weather is upon us here in Orange and it is the perfect time of the year here for baking with apples like with this vegan apple and almond cake. We have made this healthy breakfast vegan berry oat crumble bars recipe quite a few times already now. These berry crumble bars tend to disappear in one sitting between my 3 kids and myself! We love having them for our afternoon snack and I plan on making them nut-free (using tahini or sunflower seeds butter) for school morning snacks when school will be restarting!
