By Geelong standards Bean & Base Cafe is off the beaten tracks however if you've exhausted all your favourite places it maybe worth giving Bean & Base a go, especially if you like wood-fired pizza. You could even say old-fashioned but it wears its heart on its sleeve and that honesty shines through. Russo Estate in Diggers Rest (760-818 Holden Road, Diggers Rest Victoria) is probably off the beaten track for some. However, if you live around Werribee or Caroline Springs it's actually very close.
