The New York bar exam results for February 2024 have been released. Repeat takers accounted for 65% of all candidates who sat for the bar exam, an increase of 2% from last year.  48% of all candidates were foreign educated. The overall pass rate was 42%, an increase of 2% from last year. The first time taker pass rate was 59%.  The repeat-takers pass rate was 33%.  The foreign educated candidates had a passing rate of 35%. The Repeat Taker Pass Rate Was less than 30% The Florida Bar Exam results for February 2024 were released.  There were 593 first time applicants who took the full bar exam. There were 1,548 first time takers who passed the bar exam. The first time takers passed at a low 56.3%%.
