Every day our skin is exposed to environmental factors that Bombard our face with pollutants . We can’t see them however trust me they are their . I am not even talking about UV radiation from the Sun , that’s another ballpark . Just imagine constant bombardment of tiny almost invisible particles caused by traffic and buildings or around smokers, that are hitting our face going almost unnoticed . Quite often the topic of whether we should exfoliate our face is debated . Okay so should we or not ? The answer is yes however a yes with caution . Why ? Well we don’t all have the same skin types and it’s normal for any of us to have a period of sensitive skin . The thought of exfoliating our face that’s sore and red is the worst idea . Skin that has bad acne may also be a no go . Should we avoid then ? Not all the time no . Shaving and irritation

Shaving and skin irritation is not a nice thing for us guys . It knocks your self confidence when you have a flare up of redness and in some cases spots . Over shaving can really damage our epidermis . Shaving with a blunt razor is a big no no and quite often this causes your skin to become inflamed and irritated . Using a moisturiser is probably the best way to sooth and nourish the skin . Try splashing cold clean water on the shaved area , pat dry then apply your Moisturiser.
