Irving, Texas (December 11, 2023) — Roger C. Mosby, the President, CEO, and 14th Chief Scout Executive of the Boy Scouts of America, is retiring after nearly four years at the helm of the organization and more than 39 years as a dedicated and highly decorated Scouting volunteer.
