Ingredients
170g (2 cups) Textured Vegetable Protein
2 cups hot water
15oz (420 g) can black beans (drained and rinsed)
8oz (200g) frozen corn
15oz (410 g)can diced tomatoes
1/4 cup cilantro
1 oz (20g) Taco seasoning Mix (I made my own
2 Ole Extreme Wellness high fiber wraps
The recipe macros are based on grams, not imperial measurements.
Instructions:
In a small bowl, add the TVP and hot water, set aside for about 15 minutes

Dressing Ingredients:
2 TBSP (30g) Apple Cider Vinegar
2 TBSP (48g) Lemon Juice
1/4 cup fresh Parsley (or 1/4 tsp dry)
1/2 cup fresh Oregano (or 1/4 tsp dry)
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp salt
Veggies: (Food processor)
1/2 (35g) red onion
2 medium (122g) carrots
1/4 head (210g) purple cabbage
3 cups (273g) raw broccoli
1 cup (107g) raw cauliflower
Directions:

Ingredients:
1 scoop (15g) Earth Chimp vegan protein powder vanilla
2 TBSP (15g) zero calorie sweetener like monkfruit
1 1/2 cups plant milk (I used Ripple because of the protein)
1 TBSP (3g) Simply Delish instant pudding, vanilla
5g (1/8 cup) shaved Dark Chocolate frozen
1/4 cup sweet cherries halved and pitted

Add the first four ingredients into a Ninja Creami mixing container and use a frother or small stick blender to combine until smooth. Put the container upright into the freezer for 24 hours.

Ingredients:
1.5 cups (100g) Textured Vegetable Protein
1/4 cup (15g) slivered almonds
5 tsp (6 g) Monkfruit sweetener or low calorie sweetener
1/2 tbsp (4g) ground cinnamon
1 TBSP (3.7g) walnuts chopped
1 tsp (4g) vanilla extract
1/4 cup (10g) Coconut, dried shredded or flaked, unsweetened
Directions:
Sprinkle the almonds and coconut on a toaster oven baking tray with parchment paper and spread them out so they can cook evenly. Toast on light setting for a minute or two. The coconut will cook really fast so you may need to take it out before the almonds. You want them both t ..read more

Ingredients:
1 small apple (50g) cored and sliced into bite size pieces
1/2 cup (40g) frozen or fresh blueberries, thawed for 30 mins
1 (18g) medjool date, diced
1/2 (50g) banana ripe, sliced and diced
1 TBSP (3.7g) walnuts chopped
1 TBSP (2g) hempseeds
1 tsp hemp hearts
1 serving of my TVP Protein Granola (see attached printable PDF)
2/3 cup (170g) Kite Hill greek style plant based yogurt vanilla unsweetened
Directions:
Add to cereal bowl, fold together and serve.

1 cup vegetable broth (for flax egg)
30g flaxseed meal
100g yellow or white onion diced
100g carrots diced
100g celery diced
1 small jar of pimentos
3 cloves of garlic diced
112g of meatless crumbles
1 tbsp tamari or aminos
2 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
40g garbanzo bean flour
75g red lentils (cooked, but the weight is before cooking)
2 slices protein bread
1/4 cup hot tea water
4 cups frozen broccoli (to serve on the side-1 cup per serving)

Ingredients

100g (1 medium) frozen banana
3 TBSP peanut butter powder reconstituted with water
1 tsp vanilla extract
35g (2 scoops) vanilla protein powder
1 TBSP Flaxmeal
Instructions
Toss the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth and thick. Add ice or water if needed
Pour into glass, top with sliced banana and a drizzle of runny peanut butter on top and serve cold.

Ingredients

1 tsp vanilla extract
75g frozen banana (3/4 of a large banana)
30g (2 scoops) chocolate protein powder
Enough ice to make it cold and thick.
Add ins after its blended the first time:
1/4 cup rolled oats dry
8g (15 pieces) vegan semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Toss the first 6 ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth and thick.
